Kayla Ruddock, RMT

Using a combination of visceral manipulation, craniosacral therapy, and myofascial therapy, Kayla's unique approach will lend a helping hand on your journey to wellness.  Kayla's treatment style is focused on viewing the body as a whole and considering all of it's systems to provide an integrated and focused therapy, uniquely tailored to suit your individual needs and goals.  Kayla believes that the body has an innate ability to heal itself and massage therapy is one of the many paths to restoring health and vitality. 

Kayla Ruddock graduated from the 3000 hour program of massage therapy at West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminster BC.  During her studies she gained invaluable experience working at BC Women's Hospital, GF Strong Rehabilitation Centre, George Pearson Residential Care Centre and Friends For Life Society.  Kayla is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia, the Massage Therapy Association of British Columbia and is certified in Visceral Manipulation, Craniosacral Therapy, Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA).  Kayla has also taken an integrated fascial series on the Cranio-Cervical region, as well as training in myofascial therapy post cancer treatments with world renowned physiotherapist Willie Furrie, of South Africa.
