Robyn utilizes deep tissue massage with a combination of muscle energy, myofascial, soft tissue release and craniosacral techniques as well as gentle joint mobilization in her practice. She believes in a functional, layered approach to therapy. She assists her clients to overcome soft tissue injury from trauma or overuse by working with the fascial, musculoskeletal and nervous systems. Robyn has worked often with athletes such as runners, skier, yogis and hockey players.
My clinical experience has shown me that at least 60% of the population has some sort of digestive imbalance, which in turn impacts the health of their entire body.
Digestive problems can run the spectrum from serious medical problems such as ulcerative colitis, irritable bowel syndrome and Chron’s disease, to troublesome ailments like constipation, bloating, heartburn and food sensitivities to milk or wheat. In babies, digestive problems usually appear as colic or an overall failure to thrive.
Over the last five years I have noticed a huge increase in people who did not have environmental and food allergies and have developed them. Why is this happening and what is going on?
